Black lace inset peplum top by Pure Sugar

This shirt is great to dress up or could also be dressed down. It's really cute and flattering. Only reason I'm selling is because it is a little too tight on my arms. Great condition only tried on. Ever worn outside of the house. Size small but I'd say it fits more like an extra small
