Black lace mini dress or swimsuit cover up

New without tags. Never worn. Bought in Fairmont hotel boutique in Hawaii to wear as a swimsuit coverup without the black tank slip/dress. Could be worn as a dress or with leggings with the black tank slip/dress underneath. Sheer lace. Tank is polyester so it’s stretchy. Says it’s one size but I’d guess it’s a medium, 8 or 10. Lace overlay is looser and has front pockets.
