This skirt is made completely of sheer black lace with attached hanging yarn fringe near the hem. This long skirt is fitted at the waist and hip then falls straight down below the hips. The hem is scalloped all the way around. Featuring sections of long black yarn fringe that start below the knee and hang down just above the hem. The front of the skirt has two small sections of fringe, and the sides each have a large section. The back has a large section of fringe accented with a small crescent moon charm.
