cwild06 @sofsmom04 okay, I posted two new pics of it. 100% leather (as shown in the pic), two 18" unadjustable straps, 12" wide by 10" tall. I'd say it's about medium sized with lots of pockets. I loved this bag so very much! There's a tiny bit of wear on the bottom and straps, but it's not noticeable :) I
