Black leather over the knee boots

These boots smell like genuine leather but I’m not positive since they were a Christmas gift. I’ve never worn them bc I really wanted the suede ones instead. It looks like they were on sale for $90 & were $109.97 originally. They have working zippers on the inside to help get your foot in and faux zipper detailing on the outside.
