Black leather tall pants boot cut

Reposhing this item I purchased from @wendischmidt. The tag says size 8 tall but I’m a 6-8 and the waist and hips were many inches too small to zip or button. Waist is 13.5 inches wide. Newport news brand, which is a brand I bought in the 90s-early 2000s so sizes were smaller then 🤷‍♀️ Maybe a 2-4 size in today’s sizes.
