Black leather zipper skirt with pockets

Rare to find a skirt with pockets. Vegan leather. I love it, but it is too big for me. Wore it once with a belt, but I would rather buy a smaller one. Only had the 1 photo of it on. Not extremely short. I think it fits like a small. 25-26 waist should work. I wear a 24" & it's too roomy. I think I would wear an XXS.
