Black leopard print see-through cropped blouse - Small

Black leopard print see- through tie blouse from Windsor. Perfect for going out. I believe it’s a size Small, but I think I cut the size tag off because it was scratchy. Flowy on the arms but has elastic on the cuffs so it doesn’t constantly roll up and down. The material states polyester/spandex. Has a texture that feels somewhat velvety, but it’s very lightweight. Smoke free home. Will wash before mailing!
