slckona @meganmazlin7 hi the waist is about 14 1/2- 28” but elastic & the length because it’s asymmetric approx. 25” at the shortest point & about 31 @ the longest point. I also have 2 other black similar styles one is a asymmetric & has a drawstring waist w/ feather detail. similar measurement but the fabric is more of a jersey. Another that is gray, I believe Banana Republic similar to the black one with straight hem not asymmetrical
