Black linen skirt NWT

Purchased this garment while on vacation in Prince Edward Island. I wish I would have tried it on, because it’s just a little too small for me! It is a size XS. The waist measurement is 14” lying flat and the hip measurement is around 17.5.” I have 36” hips and this is just very slightly too snug on them. The length is between maxi and midi, depending on how tall you are. The skirt has an interior lining that hits right below the knee. A very elegant addition to a summer wardrobe! 100% smoke-free home.
