Are these leather and do they run narrow or wide?

@amiflanigan They dont run narrow or wide they are true to fit. I just ordered the wrong size for my lady. I dont believe they are true leather however what ever they are they are quality shoes. So much so we ordered the correct size and didn't deal with the hassle of shipping them back.
