Is it real leather? what are the measurements? is any of the leather cracked or peeling off

It’s real leather and it’s not cracked! There’s one piece below the cross body strap ( I can take a photo of it when I get home) that it slightly peeling but it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the purse!
