Black maternity blouse size XL Expected by Lilac

This is a polyester maternity blouse with buttons on front and separate black belt made from same material. The tag says hand wash cold (but I machine washed and hung dry). It has 3/4 length sleeves with tie backs. It's about 30 in length wise.
