Black maxi dress

Never worn black maxi dress. FITS more like a M. Top half has a crochet design and bottom half is chiffon that goes down to ankles, there is a slip skirt (under chiffon) that goes down to knees. Price firm. I’m 5’1 and with 4 inch heels dress slightly touches floor.
