Black lace with mesh overlay dress. Bow at waist. Zipper in back. Brand New! Most likely will fit 2T to 3T
Measuring from the lowest part of the front it’s 17 1/2 inches to the underskirt and then 19 1/2 inches with the mesh. Measuring from the top of the shoulder it’s 20 inches to the underskirt and 22 inches to the mesh. And measuring from the back zipper is 19 inches to the underskirt and 21 inches to the mesh… I hope that helps.
