Black, mesh cutout, Windsor skater dress.

Windsor, fit and flare, halter dress. The mesh around the waist is lined with beige fabric, and the top mesh cutouts are see through. The top is a snug fit with built in bra pads. Size medium. I’m 5’10” for reference.
