Black mesh petticoat skater skirt

This is a petticoat style skater skirt made out of black mesh. It has an opaque liner, so it’s not see-through. The waistband is elastic. The length is low-mid thigh, so it’s a mini skirt but not dramatically short. It’s very full and could be worn as an actual petticoat or as a stand-alone skirt. Got this back in my EGL / elegant gothic Lolita days, and it works great for that kind of style.
