Black midi skirt with semi pocket pleats 4

Black midi length skirt with 1/4 pocket pleats on the bottom. Pleats are still sewn closed. Skirt has a side zipper with 1 inside hidden button. There is some stretch to the skirt body, it isn't lined but has a good weight to it. Misses 4, NWT length is 23" brand is City Silk 62% polyester, 34% rayon, 4% spandex
