Cute black mini-skirt, size M (probably size 8 numerically). Top layer is see through mesh-type material but is lined underneath. Waist: 13” flat (waistband is stretchy) Length: 16” Liner length: 10” (waistband and bottom of skirt not lined) All proceeds support Project BEAR (www.projectbear.com), my non-profit that sends teddy bears to families who have lost a baby.
