This 2x Black with Purple Flowered skirt has fun movement with its pleated, above-the-knee hemline. Unlined, better for Spring, Summer, and Fall. There is some stretch in the waist and body of this 26” long flounce. While the tag reads “3x,” it fits a 2x much better. There are no other tags than the size.
