Black off the shoulder dress

Black off the shoulder dress from express It’s “a mini dress” but I’m 5’0 and it was midi on me when I tried it on. I haven’t worn it because I’m too short for it. Cotton material, so it’s stretchy :) Let me know if you want to see pics of me wearing it! Will wash and lint roll before shipping :)
