Black off the shoulder dress NWOT

This is a NWOT dress from maurices, size small but could accommodate a medium. Both the sheer overlay and sheath underneath are 100% polyester and very stretchy. The top and waist are elasticized and have a lot of stretch in them that would cover a lot of different sizes. I took measurements completely unstretched. Measurements: Top: 17" flat Waist" 14" flat Length: 30" Again, this dress has tons of stretch and movement to it and the color is a true black. My camera didn't do it justice.
