Black off the shoulder dress with ruffle

Ok this dress is the best! It’s a little too tight for me on the arms. It’s an XS, it does run big, but a S would fit me better in the arms. Length is great! Great for tall girls too. Thick fabric, so you honestly don’t even have to wear a bra with it! Pockets too!!
