It’s 96% rayon and 4% spandex and it’s very soft with stretch I’m new with describing clothes with measurements, so if I miss a measurement you need, just let me know! Lay flat and all in approx inches: Top to bottom is 18 Pit to pit 18 Bottom hem side to side 29 Top hem that is straight across and elastic because it’s off the shoulder, so measurement from side of each arm- lay flat 19, stretched up to about 26
