Black off-the-shoulder maxi dress

Timeless black off the shoulder dress. Was hemmed (by tailor) to wear with heels, I'm 5'5 without heels. Also had leg slit closed about 3-4 inches from what is seen in Lulus picture here- can easily be un-stitched. Altered stitches pulled apart slightly upon wear *only on inside*, not visible or noticeable at all on outside of dress. Can send photos of that if interested Hanging loops were cut out.
