Black one shoulder flowy dress never worn

This is a black one shoulder dress that is flowy. The top as fabric that draws across the chest and back. Never worn and still has tags on it. From Nordstrom rack I am between a size 6 & 8 and it fits me well, but is designed to be more flowy so has some room on me but tag says it’s a medium
