Black, one shoulder ruffle top dress, size 5/6, new

Brand new with tags, this is a black dress that features a one shoulder design, with a ruffle at the chest area, and a bit of a ruffle at the bottom. This has a side zip, is darted at the chest area, and does feature stretchy fabric. Measurements shown in the photos are waist, full length, and bust. the top part of this is lined, the bottom part is not, but does not need to be. It is not see-through at all. It’s a very nice medium weight fabric that does not get wrinkly.
