Really great dress to jazz up or wear to work for a polished look. 16.5” waist translates to 33” waist. Tapered waist. Contrast in black non lace waistband gives a fitted look with comfort. Side zipper fully working. Lovely little black dress for work, cocktails, date night. In very good condition, no snags or tears.
