Black sequins party dress from Express! Perfect for birthday or girls night out! The paillettes are the oversized black sequins, about the size of dimes. There are a few spots where the sequins came off, it would be simple to replace them yourself or have a tailor do it. The missing sequins are not super noticeable. They are on the back near the butt/seat of the dress. I would do it, but hate to go to the trouble and then not have someone buy the dress. Anyway it's a great dress!
