Black (palazzo?) pants/almost a skirt

Black flowy pants with four black panels covering the legs ( can kinda see in some of the pictures) making it look like a maxi skirt. Very unique, good if you like wearing pants but want the skirt look. Has a zipper and button in the back, all in working order. Looks great dressed up for work or can be dressed down for more everyday.
