Black pants with ruffled skirt overlay

These are tricky to photograph. Black flowy pants with a skirt wrapped from hip around the back to the other hip. Ruffles down each side of the skirt in the front with a tie waist on the skirt. Elastic waist on the pants. From the back resembles a skirt. These looked awesome with a white button up shirt and strappy sandals but I never got the change to wear it anywhere because it was somewhat dressy. New with tags
