sunnysue23 Sorry for the delay! This one measures 18.5" (laid flat) across the sequin line. The dress does not get any smaller from that point on - it's flowy and hangs free. It does stay at 18.5" until just past the waist, then gets larger. It's 37.5" from the sequin band to the hem. Hope this helps!
