Black patent leather “rain boot” style boot

Purchased in Ireland (can’t for the life of me remember where) on an unexpected rainy day! I just remember they were expensive and comfortable! I have so many pairs of waterproof boots I just didn’t pack any for my trip and would love to see them get used!
