Like new (worn once) stylish pencil skirt with ruffle waist and button decor. Pleated in the front with mild taper to add hip flare. Two usable front pockets. Very sliming! Silky soft appearance and surprisingly comfortable (for a pencil skirt). You can see the button decor much better if you look at my gray pencil skirt listing. 17” length and will fit up to a 30” high waist maximum.
