Black peplum cocktail dress

Not even convinced I should part with this yet! Never thought I would have found such a classy dress at forever 21! But it happened! This dress happens to be pretty, packable (doesn't get wrinkly! Amazing!), dresses up nicely (I wore it to a wedding), but could also be worn to work. The material is 92% polyester, 8% elastane. Looks/feels like a "scuba" knit to me. Tiny snag on right side from my clutch (see last pic), and back- out of sight. Only worn once!
