Black plaid lightweight v neck ruffled button up blouse - New

This is an adorable and lightweight blouse. It has cap sleeves and it still has the tag containing an extra button. I have never worn it and I purchased it new from Express. The front is adorable with ruffles and a v neck. The fabric is somewhat sheer.
