adempsey01 I would say these fit true to an 8.5. I too wear a size nine in every other kind of shoe (sneakers, flats) but in heels I go a half size down because my foot kinda squishes into the heel. So, if you usually wear a 9 in heels, I'd pass these up. If you're a 9 in other types of shoes, I'd say these will be fine. Hope that helps?
