Black pleated skirt with pockets!

Black skirt that has pockets!! Pleats for movement. Would be better higher up on the waist, too big on me. Matching belt that ties around the waist. High quality fabric with nice detailed stitching around the bottom hemline. Worn once. Has a small tiny mark on the bottom near stitching- shown in last picture.
