Black polka dot cotton blend lined blazer w/ribbon

Coldwater Creek blazer that is packed with terrific detail. I can just hear the designers sitting around a table. One says “ let’s put a zipper over the pockets “. The other replies “let’s not”. Thus only one pocket has a zipper accent . They both liked using satin ribbon so it goes down the length of the sleeves and down the sides from under the arm. The collar is solid black and the jacket is piped in black. The cuffs have 4 buttons. Pit to pit22 1/2”: length 26 1/2”: sleeve 24”.Vintage button
