Black polka dot floral blouse with wide sleeves and ruffle neck. Vintage, brand is Debbi Bee. Sheer. Has 3 buttons in the middle and a tie. Very cute! Flaw: some missing stitches at one of the sleeves edge (Shown on 3rd photo) Measures 19.5 inches pit to pit (39 inches) and it is 22.5 inches long. Sleeves are 9.5 inches long.
