Black polkadot topped dress

This is a very flattering dress that can be casual or dressy. The top is polyester with a round folded over neck. Sleeveless. Looser fit at the top. Bottom skirt has a slight stretch to it. Curves for a flattering fit. Comes just above the knee or right to the knee if you are about 5’6” tall. Looks really cute if you add a belt!
