Black polyester cotton heeled black boots.

They are black polyester cotton heeled boots. Have been worn 2-3 times for different events. There are some scuff marks but are not noticeable except for the one in the fourth picture which is also not really that noticeable. The front of the boots(tips) are shiny and rubbed on unlike the rest of the boot seen on picture 3. Doesn't make too much of a difference though. Haven't worn them in like a year. Don't know what brand they are but I bought them at Target which they do not sell anymore.
