Black polyester dress with tulips

Versatile, can be worn as a skirt or pull it up as a dress. I added a belt and cardigan when worn as a tube top dress. As a skirt I wear it long. The top of the clothing is a stretchy garter. I love the design of the tulips in an old rose blush mauve color over a dramatic black background. Purchased at a fashion school’s store. The size can fit Medium to X-Large. Condition is good, nothing wrong on the outside, the inside has some loose threads. Perfect for fall and winter season.
