@skye0821 I apologize , I never wore them but once and they were kept in the box, you should have contacted me first or sent them back and I would have returned your items as well instead of reporting me, I've never had a problem, these boots were brand new when I bought them, obviously I lost too if I had kept them. Do you see anything in my closet that might would make up for that I will mail it to you and pay postage let me know. I mean it's only fair. This was not done intentionally.
