💋Black racerback flashy dress

Bought at a consignment shop locally. Has a tear along seam on back, near armpit, see last pic. Some loose threads too.. Can be repaired easily, I just never got to it. Sequin intact. Lined. I bought to wear as a shift dress bc I'm usually a size small. Never worn by me, has been hanging in my closet for awhile.
