Black rainbow button down

🌈 Black & rainbow button down top 🏳️‍🌈 Semi sheer thin material with rainbow tinsel stripes through out. It is vintage, guessing 90's or early 2000's. Brand is Heaven (not MJ obv lol). Would be cool to party in I feel like the tinsel would be so cool in lights. Also think it'd be cool to wear to work depending on what you do obv. I wanted to wear it for pride one year, just never did! Unsure of size, the tag is so faded all I can read is 100% cotton. Guessing a Small or Medium? Measured flat in inches. Pit to pit - 17 Sleeve length - 23 Total length - 22 in front, 25 in back
