Black & red rose mini skirt

Cute mini skirt, perfect for summer. It is very flowy and has great movement as you walk. The band on the top is a little worn but otherwise the dress is I’m great condition. It has a liner inside so it’s not see-through. There is no tag so I’m not sure about fabric. Waist: 11” Length: 15” Liner length: 13”
