Black ruffle dress

Black dress with tassels, brass buttons from waist up, cinch waist, and 2 layers of semi-translucent fabric on the skirt portion, hitting just above the knees on me. I’m 5’5”. This dress is SOO cute on and works for so many different occasions. It also doesn’t wrinkle in a suitcase when traveling. Perfect little black dress. I just have too many black dresses. Banana Republic, size Extra Small (but could fit up to medium because it has some stretch to it). In excellent condition.
