Black semi-formal mini dress

From Forever 21 limited edition Cirque 21 line. Semi-formal dress with red and purple chevron detail on skirt and buttons down the back. Scoop neck and thick waistband. Lining has a bit of pouf so the skirt fills out a little bit. Small pen mark on front of dress: photo included.
