Black sequence dress

Black halter top dress. Has an A-line style. Beaded sequence detail lines the bust and straps. Bust is lightly padded. Back of dress has a short tie up feature to give you a perfect fit. The dress is layered with the front layer falling at 21 inches and the back of the dress falls at 31 inches. I am 5'4 and this dress falls about 4 inches above my knees in the front, with the back flowing past my knees. 100% Polyester Perfect condition, new with tag.
